📄️ Servers

Each of your customers' products/services is linked to a CLIENTXCMS server that bridges your CLIENTXCMS instance with your server and application (Proxmox, Plesk, Pterodactyl). To access this, go to the Settings menu, then to the Provisioning section, and finally to Servers.

📄️ Cancellation Reasons

You can configure cancellation reasons for provisioned services in the admin panel under Settings > Provisioning > Cancellation Reasons.

📄️ Configurable Options

Configurable options are features that can be added to a service during order or afterward to further customize it. These have an additional cost and can be synchronized with the same billing cycle as the service or have a different expiration date.

📄️ Service Settings

Service settings are parameters that affect the services in your client area. You can find them by going to Settings > Provisioning > Service Settings.
