Discord Sync Bot Features
We are pleased to announce the addition of an incredible new feature to our "Discord sync" Discord bot. Available first for people who have their own custom bot (those who purchased: Discordlink Bot), then subsequently available on our community bot for technical reasons. Now, when you create a ticket on our Discord server, a synchronized client has the option to display their services, transactions and account details, all with a simple click of a button. They can also decline.
This feature allows you to have your clients' information directly in the Discord ticket, so you can quickly and efficiently respond to their needs. No more browsing through the administration area or asking for additional information, everything is available in seconds.
Additionally, for an even smoother user experience, messages sent by our bot will be fully translated into the client account's language. We are convinced that this new feature will greatly facilitate managing your clients and improve your user experience. Don't hesitate to share your comments and suggestions to continue improving our bot.
This feature requires version v1.7 of the "Discordsync" module. Update to get access.
Help / Information transmitted when creating a ticket
The bot will display information about the synchronized client's account using a Discord embed. It will send the services, quotes, orders and transactions associated with that account. You will also be able to see the client's email and first and last name, for better identification.
However, to protect your clients' privacy, the postal address will not be transmitted. We take the security and confidentiality of your data very seriously.
Opening a ticket
The bot detects ticket creation and checks if the client is synchronized. The client has the choice to display their information or not. The "more information" page links to the current page to explain how this feature works.
The client wants to display information
The bot will display the information in embed form. Here visually, is what data is displayed
The client refuses to display information
The bot will send a message saying that the client does not want to display their information.
