Security Questions
In CLIENTXCMS, security questions provide an additional layer of protection for customer accounts. They allow you to verify user identity during certain sensitive actions, such as password reset or personal information changes.
Configuring Security Questions
You can configure security questions in the administration panel under Settings > Security > Security Questions.
Creating and Managing Questions
You can create custom security questions for your customers. In the configuration panel, click Create and enter the question along with the display order and whether you want it to be active or not.
You can also edit or delete existing questions by clicking the edit or delete icon next to each question.
Disabling Security Questions
If a customer has difficulties with their security question, you can temporarily disable it from the customer's profile in the administration. This will allow the customer to continue using their account without the security question until they are ready to reactivate it.
Global Deactivation
If you want to disable security questions for all customers, you can do so by deleting all security questions in the configuration panel. Note that this will reduce the security level for all customer accounts.
